A working conversation. Monday, September 21, 2026

Two experts.
One offer.

Enquirer Consulting Group and Track A Parcel
Lead generation, marketing and sales on one side. The AI brain, embedded AI and automation on the other. One thing a client can buy.
Private. A working paper for one meeting. Nothing on these screens is agreed until both firms have read a version they both like.
Where this starts

Each of us is expert at what the other is not.

Enquirer Consulting Group

We find buyers and win them.

We design, staff and run a complete outbound unit for a client, prove it in market, then hand it over. Lead generation, marketing and sales, as one accountable team.

Track A Parcel

You build and run the AI layer.

The AI brain, embedded AI and the automations around it, built and hosted, as we understand it, at a maturity and enterprise readiness we have not built ourselves. Correct us where we have it wrong. That is the part of the offer we would rather have from you than build.

Put together, a client gets both from one conversation. That is the whole idea.
The joint offer

One offer. Two engines behind it.

On a client's package

Who does what.

How a client experiences it

One conversation. One plan. One account lead.

One front door

The client deals with one account team and never manages two suppliers. The name on the door can follow who brought the client in; the sales cycle itself is ours to run. That is ours to settle, not theirs to notice.

Mark in the room

When the client's technical people join the conversation, Mark leads that part of it. The questions they ask about hosting, security, integration and what happens at the end are yours to answer, and you answer them better than we do.

One contract or two

A question for the two of us, not for the client. Both shapes can give the client one front door. We would rather pick the one that fits how each of us already works.

Our model, and a question for yours

We build it, run it until it works, then hand over the keys.

The sales side is ours

We market the offer as part of selling it.

The engine

Our outbound engine pointed at the accounts we choose together. Cold email and LinkedIn at scale, run by people who do this every day for clients.

The sellers

A sales cycle run by our team: discovery, a second conversation, a proposal presented live. You join as the technical lead when it matters.

The media

Our group publishes a business magazine and a podcast. No other outbound consultancy owns a media outlet. The offer, and the partnership, get told there.

The story

One page, one line, one set of proof. We write it, you check the technical half of it, and every seller says the same thing.

You do not need us to market your firm. You need us to sell the offer. The marketing comes with that.
Where we start

Our instinct: UK and European enterprise first.

A UK-hosted AI layer is a selling point here

For a UK or European enterprise that wants its data on this island, your side of the offer is the reason to take the meeting.

You have already opened a door

The introduction you made this week is exactly the kind of account this offer is for. We would like to walk through it together.

The US comes later

Our own market is US medical and pharma. The offer goes there once the hosting and entity questions are answered. Does that order match how you see it?

A second offer, if this is what you meant by bigger

The receptionist, as a product.

Your firm would build, host and support it

A product, not a one-off build. The telephony, the model, the CRM plumbing, the hosting in each client's name, and the person who answers when it breaks on a Saturday.

We would sell it and fill the funnel

A written proposal is out to a first Norwich agency. If they say yes, that becomes the reference build. Then our engine finds the next agencies like it and our sellers close them.

Spec first, then build

Is this what you meant by thinking bigger? If so, the first step is a one-page spec we both sign off, before anyone writes a line.

Diligence, both ways

What we would each show the other.

From Track A Parcel

  • The AI stack: what it is, where it runs, who owns it
  • What an enterprise IT team could be shown today: certifications, uptime, recovery, insurance
  • Who writes code day to day, and who supports a live client
  • What a hosted AI layer costs to run, and how ownership works at handover
  • The work you are proudest of, and the client who will say so

From Enquirer Consulting Group

  • The units we have built and the clients who will speak for them
  • Our results register, and how we cite it: achieved, never promised
  • The commercial model behind the one number a client sees
  • The sales motion, the sellers, and the accounts we would go after first
  • The media: the magazine, the podcast, and what they do for an offer
Between the two firms

Six things to settle, none of them today.

Who builds what

Where the line sits between the outbound unit and the AI layer on a real client, and who owns the integration points between them.

Who invoices

One number from one firm, or two contracts behind one front door. Both keep the client's experience simple; they change our paperwork.

Who owns the client

Our working answer: whoever brought them in holds the relationship, and the other firm sits inside the engagement. Say if you see it differently.

Exclusivity, each way

Whether you would be our only AI partner, and whether we would be your only sales partner. Neither is assumed.

If we ever part

What the client keeps, what each firm keeps, and how a live client is looked after. Better written while we like each other.

The paper

A mutual NDA first, so we can share properly. A partner agreement before the end of November, so January has something behind it.

Shape today. Numbers after we have both slept on it.
The calendar

January, worked back.

Next steps

Three things, each with a date.

1. A mutual NDA

Drafted after today, signed this week, so both firms can share properly from then on.

2. One page of what we said

Written this week and read by both firms before either acts on it. Nothing is agreed until that page is.

3. One first job

Small, useful, finished in weeks, so we learn each other's hand-offs before a client is involved. Your pick of which.

Then October: the offer on a page, the security paper, and the first account we go after together.

Two experts.
One offer.
